Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must have original tags and packaging

  • You must have a proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@print-threads.com with your order number

  2. We will issue return instructions and confirm whether you are responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if incurred.

Defective or Wrong Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection

  • Your bank may take additional time to post funds

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Perishable goods and hazardous materials

Exchanges
We do not offer automated exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the refund is issued

EU Returns
If your order was shipped to the European Union:

  • You have 14 days to notify us for any return

  • Returned item must meet eligibility conditions

  • Return shipping costs may apply
